Dr. Lillian Israel grew up in Tennessee where she graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis with a B.A. in Biology. She attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. After graduation, she completed an internship and residency in Pediatrics at UAB and the Children’s Hospital of Alabama. She has practiced pediatrics in the Birmingham area for over 25 years. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married to an architect, and they have 3 children.







Dr. Sheridyn Breedlove grew up in Oklahoma and attended Harding University in Arkansas where she graduated with a degree in Biochemistry. She attended medical school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham and completed her residency in pediatrics at UAB and the Children’s Hospital of Alabama. She has practiced pediatrics in the Birmingham area for over 10 years. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also married to an architect, and they have 3 children.







Dr. Alison McAfee grew up in Alabama and attended Spelman College in Georgia where she graduated with a B.S. in Biology with honors. She attended medical school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham and completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics from UAB and Children’s Hospital of Alabama. She is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married to the research director at a local TV station and they have 2 children.
